Fresh from the destruction of project Gawd headquarters, the Ashen Angel is sent to Switzerland, where a secret meeting of the remaining heads of foreign powers are gathering to discuss new security measures. The Zetanoids will no doubt rear their powerful heads in an effort to further degredate the world's order by means of chaos, murder and destruction. But now, the Angel Force stands in there way.
